BORDER TERRIER WELFARE NEWS

 

In the right hands, Border Terriers make wonderful pets. However, they are terriers, with terrier traits, and as such may not always be suitable around young children or cats. They are also individuals, with variable personalities and characters.

All Borders are completely different in character and to some extent in appearance. They all have certain "Border" traits but are individuals. If you home a Border you will need to spend time training. They don't come ready trained!

The picture is constantly changing regarding the availability of Border Terriers needing homes. Occasionally a puppy will be available but more often than not, it is adults that need homes.
